Notes	Detail: Depicts one dinner plate Marks: Fully marked on underside rim of each plate: maker's mark LA, star and crown above, fleur de lis below (see Grimwade 1892) Britannia lion's head erased date letter K for 1725/26 Heraldry: The arms and crest are those of Mildmay quartering Fitzwalter with Schomberg in pretence, for Benjamin Mildmay, nineteenth Baron Fitzwalter (1672-1756), and Frederica Darcy (d. 1751), eldest daughter and co-heir of Meinhardt, third Duke of Schomberg, and widow of Robert, third Earl of Holderness Remarks: The plain, circular plates are raised, with applied rim moldings and slightly concave walls. Each plate is engraved on the rim with a crest, surmounted by an earl's coronet, and a coat of arms within a rusticated and scrolled cartouche Medium notes: The raised circular plates have slightly concave wells and applied rim moldings.
