Series also contains contact lists and information for museums and local sugaring houses, as well as a book and handwritten letter from Pete Seeger and the Sterling and Francine Clark Art's promotional book of the exhibit.

Custodial history note:
Materials were housed in the curatorial department until they were transferred to the archives in September 2012 by Theresa O'Toole.
Processing note
Items have been kept in their original folders. Loose materials and items have been placed in folders, but were kept in their original order. The folders titled Eastman Johnson Early planning and Eastman Johnson Early Loan Requests and Prints contain multiple smaller folders that have their original lables.
